What are the terms & charges for delivery ?

Term
All orders are to be placed at least 72 hours before the expected delivery. If the desired delivery date falls on Sunday or Public Holiday , the order will be delivered on the following working day.

All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday or during Public Holiday will be processed on the following working day.

Delivery on Sundays or Public Holidays are available upon request. Please contact us via email : support@forfreegift.com or call us at +60126750795.

Charges
Delivery is FREE within the Klang Valley . This will include Kuala Lumpur , Petaling Jaya and Shah Alam, Malaysia . Details for refer to our shipping Policy .

Overseas delivery is chargeable at the prevailing rates. Our official courier company is Nationwide and UPS. Goods will be dispatched within 10 working days on receipt of order.

How do I order on-line ?

Select the product you want to purchase and click on the "Add to Cart" button.

Once you finalize your shopping basket, click on "Check Out".

Complete the order form and click "SUBMIT" . To avoid multiple orders, please do not click more than once.

A digital receipt will be issued once the payment transaction is approved. For your records, please print out a copy of the digital receipt and quote the transaction number when checking your order.

You will receive an email from us confirming your order.

Will prices change ?

• All prices are quoted in RINGGIT MALAYSIA.

• Pricing for Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Festive Season may vary slightly. Should this be the case, you will be notified when we confirm your order.
